Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):

1. What if I need to replace the product size?

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply,

Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.

You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address

Once we receive the product, we will send the new size

Please note that this process may take 2-4 working days after receiving your returned products.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, Simply

Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.

You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address

Once we receive the product, we will send the new products

Please note that this process may take 2-4 working days after receiving your returned products.

Return Policy:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply

send/courier us the product at our Faisalabad Office.

Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused we will refund your all amount without any deduction.

Please note that change of mind is not applicable and if you receive the product in excellent condition, then you will have to bear the shipping expenses in order to return the product.

2. What if the product is damaged?

If you receive a faulty or defected item, Simply take the pictures of the product and send it on our official whatsapp number. In this case shipping charges will be on us and new parcel will be delivered to you or you can simply get your money back by sending the parcel. Please note that this procedure can take up to 10 days.

3.How will I get the refund?

We can transfer you the amount By Jazz Cash or Bank Transfer
